SAY YES CREATIVE LLC GENERAL WORKSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION

Welcome! These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in workshops offered by Say Yes Creative, LLC ("I," "Me," or "My"). By registering for and/or participating in this workshop, you agree to abide by these terms.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By purchasing or participating in this workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or participate.

THE SHORT AND SWEET VERSION:

You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

All sales are final; no refunds are available.

You agree not to copy, share, or distribute workshop content.

Workshop content and materials may include affiliate links.

Your participation is at your own risk, and Say Yes Creative, LLC is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred.

PAYMENTS

All payments for the workshop must be made in full upon registration. Payments are processed securely through PayPal, Stripe, or another approved third-party payment processor.

NO REFUNDS

All workshop sales are final and non-refundable. Your commitment to participating is your responsibility; refunds will not be issued if you choose not to attend or complete the workshop.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All workshop materials, including videos, worksheets, audio recordings, slides, and handouts, are owned by Say Yes Creative, LLC and protected by copyright law. You may use materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Copying, sharing, or distributing these materials without explicit permission is prohibited.

CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by other workshop participants and instructors during sessions. Do not share personal details or session recordings outside the workshop group.

COMMUNITY STANDARDS

I uphold a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, discrimination, harassment, bullying, or offensive behavior within any workshop or community space. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The workshop is provided "as is," without guarantees or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. Say Yes Creative, LLC makes no guarantees of specific outcomes or results.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Participation is at your own risk. Say Yes Creative, LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation or use of workshop materials.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Say Yes Creative, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your participation in the workshop.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising shall be addressed in the courts located in Larimer County, Colorado.

MODIFICATIONS

Say Yes Creative, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided to the email address you provided at registration.

SEVERABILITY

If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will remain valid and enforceable.

AGREEMENT

By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Your electronic submission serves as your legally binding signature.
