INTRODUCTION

WELCOME TO GROWN-UP GAP YEAR! THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN YOUR PURCHASE AND/OR USE OF GROWN-UP GAP YEAR. Grown-Up Gap Year is a supported lifestyle e-course that runs from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. Say Yes Creative, LLC is the owner and administrator of Grown-Up Gap Year. Say Yes Creative, LLC is referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “I,” “Me,” or “My.”

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

BY PURCHASING AND/OR USING GROWN-UP GAP YEAR YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. If you do not agree or do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, do not otherwise access or use any Grown-Up Gap Year course content. If at any time you find these Terms and Conditions unacceptable, you must cease all use of Grown-Up Gap Year.

THE SHORT AND SWEET VERSION:

You acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old.

You agree to have your purchase of Grown-Up Gap Year processed through PayPal, Stripe, or another third-party payment platform.

All sales of Grown-Up Gap Year are final and nonrefundable. You acknowledge the Grown-Up Gap Year course content and materials may contain affiliate links.

You understand that by claiming your spot in this program, you are committing to the full registration fee, paid either as a lump sum or monthly payments. If you decide to leave Grown-Up Gap Year or fail to complete the course, you will still be responsible for the entire registration fee, and you are comfortable with this commitment. To be eligible for a refund, you must show evidence of doing the work of the program during the first three months and reach out to me by March 31, 2025. Failure to do this does not entitle you to a refund, and you will still be responsible for the entire membership fee.

You acknowledge that you have certain rights to Grown-Up Gap Year course content and materials and you agree not to share the content or materials with others without my permission.

You agree that you are purchasing or using Grown-Up Gap Year to improve your life or existing projects and not to create a competitive or similar product or service.

You agree that you are purchasing or using Grown-Up Gap Year on an “as is” basis and that we make no guarantees that Grown-Up Gap Year is error-free.

You agree that you are purchasing or using Grown-Up Gap Year at your own risk and that we are not liable for any damages to you or your business that result from you purchasing or using Grown-Up Gap Year.

You agree to defend, compensate, and hold us harmless for any claims made against us arising or resulting from your breach of these terms, access or misuse of Grown-Up Gap Year course content and materials, or violation of the rights of any third parties.

THE LONG VERSION:

REPRESENTATION OF AGE

You agree that by purchasing or using any part of Grown-Up Gap Year you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally able to agree to these Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payment for Grown-Up Gap Year shall be made in either a single payment or twelve (12) installments, with each installment equal to approximately one-twelfth of the total purchase price.

The first installment, due upon initial registration in Grown-Up Gap Year, serves as a nonrefundable deposit to reserve a spot in the program. The subsequent installments, due each month, will be the remaining balance owed that must be paid to be granted access to course content and materials. IF YOU DO NOT PAY THE INSTALLMENTS WHEN THEY ARE DUE, YOU WILL NOT BE GRANTED ACCESS TO COURSE CONTENT AND MATERIALS AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT OR PREVIOUS PAYMENTS.

You agree to have your purchase of Grown-Up Gap Year processed through PayPal, Stripe, or any other third-party payment platform we deem appropriate for processing payments for this purpose.

You will receive an email confirming your purchase of Grown-Up Gap Year. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

I DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INACCURACY OR ERROR IN THE DESCRIPTION AND PRICING OF GROWN-UP GAP YEAR. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE OF GROWN-UP GAP YEAR IF IT HAS AN INCORRECT PRICE LISTING.

REFUNDS

All sales of Grown-Up Gap Year are final and nonrefundable. I put a great deal of effort and care into creating this course and believe that this course can help you gain clarity and confidence in your work and life. You agree that Grown-Up Gap Year is a good investment for you. However, until March 31, 2025, I’m offering you a money-back guarantee if the program doesn’t serve you. To be eligible for this refund, you must complete the first three months of the course and submit all notes and worksheets associated with the content. Inability to attend or watch replays of live calls, lack of participation in the course forum, or failing to follow through on the course work and assignments does not qualify for a refund. If you would like to request a refund, please email me at tiffany@tiffanyhan.com by March 31, 2025. If a refund is requested, I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to grant or deny your request.
