SAY YES CREATIVE LLC GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
INTRODUCTION
Welcome! These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in all programs, workshops, memberships, and digital experiences offered by Say Yes Creative, LLC ("I," "Me," or "My").
By registering for and/or participating in any offering, you agree to abide by these terms.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By purchasing or participating in any program, workshop, membership, or digital experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not purchase or participate.
THE SHORT AND SWEET VERSION:
You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
All sales are final; no refunds are available.
You agree not to copy, share, or distribute content.
Content and materials may include affiliate links.
Your participation is at your own risk; Say Yes Creative, LLC is not responsible for damages or losses.
Access may be delivered through third-party platforms and is subject to their availability.
PAYMENTS
All payments must be made in full upon registration unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be processed through PayPal, Stripe, ThriveCart, or another approved third-party payment processor.
NO REFUNDS
All sales are final and non-refundable.
If you choose not to attend, participate, or engage, you are still responsible for the full cost of the program. If you select a payment plan or subscription, you are responsible for completing all agreed-upon payments unless otherwise stated in writing.
DELIVERY & ACCESS

Portions of programs or memberships may be delivered via third-party platforms (including but not limited to email platforms, community tools, or hosting services such as Substack).
Say Yes Creative, LLC is not responsible for platform outages, access issues, account restrictions, or changes made by these providers.
Access to materials, content, or community spaces may require you to maintain an active account with such platforms.
Access is provided for the duration of the program or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Say Yes Creative, LLC reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update access at any time.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, including videos, worksheets, audio recordings, slides, emails, and written content, are owned by Say Yes Creative, LLC and protected by copyright law.
You may use materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Copying, sharing, reproducing, or distributing materials without explicit permission is prohibited.
CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by other participants and instructors.
Do not share personal details, discussions, or recordings outside of the program or community space.
COMMUNITY STANDARDS
I uphold a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, discrimination, harassment, bullying, or offensive behavior.
Violations may result in immediate removal from the program or community.
Removal due to violation of these standards will not result in a refund.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All programs and materials are provided "as is," without guarantees or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
Say Yes Creative, LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Participation is at your own risk.
Say Yes Creative, LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation or use of materials.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Say Yes Creative, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your participation or violation of these Terms.
CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Say Yes Creative, LLC to attempt resolution.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Larimer County, Colorado.
MODIFICATIONS
Say Yes Creative, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Notice will be provided via the email address you provided at registration.
SEVERABILITY
If any portion of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will remain valid and enforceable.
AGREEMENT
By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
Your electronic submission serves as your legally binding signature.
